Shipment and delivery


Savemysofa.com has an agreement with UPS for the shipment of your order. We provide UPS only with the information they need to deliver your order. During the ordering procedure we ask for this information, and before submitting your order you will be asked to review all the details. As soon asyour order is ready and we have handed it over your order to UPS, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from UPS containing delivery information and your order tracking number. You can use the link in this e-mail to track the progress of your order on the UPS website. The tracking number that you will receive from UPS is a reference number that UPS allocates to your order upon shipment. UPS delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours; it is not possible to request delivery of your order at a specific time. The courier will try to deliver the order on three consecutive days, each time leaving a message with a telephone number where he can be contacted. If delivery cannot be made during this three-day period, UPS will return the order to its own warehouse. We will then send you an e-mail with new delivery instructions. If UPS still cannot deliver your order, it is sent back to savemysofa.com. When filling in the delivery address, it is therefore extremely important to choose an address and phone number where you can be reached during business hours.

Returns policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to us via UPS within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you. To facilitate the process, please ensure that you fulfil the following conditions.

The electronic return form, which you can find on our website under Customer Service, must be filled in correctly and completely and sent back to savemysofa.com.

The goods must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. The items must be returned to us in one single parcel. Savemysofa.com must receive the returned goods within 30 days of the date you received them.

Once we have received your return form and the returned items, and provided our return conditions have been fulfilled, we will send you an e-mail confirming the refund of the purchase amount, which will be paid back into your account within 30 working days.

The purchase amount is the same as the price you paid at the time of purchase. Shipping costs for the original delivery and the return of the purchased products will not be refunded.If the returned goods do not fulfil the return conditions, they can be shipped back to you - at your request and expense - in the condition in which savemysofa.com received them. If you choose not to make use of this option, we reserve the right to keep the goods without any obligation to refund the purchase price.

If one of the above conditions is not met, we reserve the right to refuse to take back goods. Swedish law shall govern relations between you, as the customer, and savemysofa.com. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent court in Sweden.

Refund procedure

Once savemysofa.com has received the returned goods and has verified that the return conditions have been fulfilled, as described above, we will send you an e-mail confirming this. Irrespective of the payment method you used, we will initiate the refund procedure no later than 30 days after acceptance of the returned goods. The sum equal to the purchase price paid is refunded, without deduction of any interest.
