Risk-free ordering and returns

At savemysofa.com you order safely via the website. We accept all major credit and debit cards, direct payment (only in Germany) and payments via Paypal. We partner with Dibs to offer secure online shopping. For more info visit www.dibspayment.com and www.paypal.com.

You can, without charge, cancel or change your order prior to production, which is normally within 24h during working days. In addition, if you do not want your slipcover, for any reason (within 14 working days of delivery), you just need to contact us and we will organize all practical details for the return. As long as the product is in its original state we will refund you in full for the product but not for the transport costs.

N.B. When you order a product from the bargain corner, fabrics by the meter or the "mix&match" products it is a unique and bespoke item, and your automatic right to return lapses. These products can not be returned, only claimed!

Reliable transport

We manufacture all products up on order and we aim to deliver them to you within 3 weeks.

We deliver your products with UPS within EU (for more information visit www.ups.com). When the package is on its way to you, you will receive an email from savemysofa.com/UPS with your tracking number. UPS makes three delivery attempts and in the event that they fail to hand over the package, it is returned to us immediately after the third attempt. Please ensure you choose a delivery addreß where someone will be able to receive the package Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You can change your delivery addreß at any time before you received your delivery notice from savemysofa.com/UPS. Just send us an email, services@savemysofa.com.

With in Germany we deliver with DPD (for more information visit www.dpd.com).

Within Sweden we deliver your package with Posten (for more information visit www.posten.se). Once the order leaves us you will receive an e-mail with shipment confirmation from Posten and later an sms about when and were you can collect your package. Change of address after the order shipped will be charged 150SEK according to the Post charges. Unclaimed packages will be charged with 150SEK for return shipping and handling charges.
